Factory 2nd
The factory second stock fits snug, all inlet areas are a match with no additional work needed. I was nervous about a 2nd, but this one only had slight imperfections in the resin coating, one area had a minor lip of carbon that was easy to smooth. For the savings I feel like these discounted stocks are impossible to beat, quality is great. I shaved a full pound off the carry weight of my Model 7. It's like having a new gun. Can't wait to hunt with it, and heck maybe just carry it around all year, just because it's so light now! Stocky's customer service has been awesome, answering my questions before and after I purchased. Shipping was fast and the stock was packaged very well. My only improvement would be a one sheet info page about the stock material for those of us making a first-time investment in carbon fiber.

Ultra carbon stock
It's a great stock! Weight as advertised. Minimal inletting and glass bedding the lug was all that was needed. I was able to shave 20 oz. off a rifle! Amazing.
