This stock is for the 700 BDL long action Magnum. It is in the Cobalt Blue with a gloss finish. It has minor shipping damage which is why it is being discounted.
These are the original 700™ BDL Monte Carlo style stocks and they are absolutely gorgeous.
Stocks designed for Magnum cartridges have the new SuperCell™ pads, a magnum barrel channel and an added reinforcement dowel.
These fit all 700's with hinged floorplates. In other words, you can put your CDL or SPS in a BDL stock interchangeably.
Stocky's Take: Many of you will recall the beautiful stocks a company called S&K Gunstocks made for us in the early 2000's. When Remington bought the company, we lost a great resource for some really great stocks. Truth be told, I have been lobbying them for more than a decade to restart the program, they are now arriving in our warehouse. Don't miss out, we may not be able to replace them and even if we do it's likely to be next year before they get another chance to run them.
