Our new TIKKA Hunter is a classically-styled Ultra Carbon hand laminated sporting riflestock. Weighing in at just 27 ounces, it is the lightest, handiest classic for the demanding Tikka rifleman. Shown in our natural carbon laminated finish, it will soon be available in your choice of our dipped and painted finishes. These should prove to be the among most accurate Tikka stocks on the market.
Stocky's Take: We fit the Tikka models very tightly to our over-the-counter rifle, there is literally no slop, so visually make sure it is bottoming in the inlet. When you first set in your barreled action into place that is probably the first thing you will notice. Because the recoil lug is seperate from the receiver, getting it seated correctly is of primary importance. With your recoil lug bottomed in the stock, you must have at least about 0.070" protruding into the receiver slot to be considered acceptable. Ideal is 0.0800" to 0.0900".

Unfinished Carbon - these are literally just about how they came from the mold, with any cosmetic imperfections we notice addressed by our staff. Some minor cosmetic spots may remain such as small areas of porosity, tooling marks and carbon fiber burrs. You can use these stocks as they are, touch them up or just scuff and paint, now or down the road.

Ultra carbon Hunter Accublock Tikka T3
Hey, I have a Tikka t3 7mm Magnum and have been improving accuracy with free floating, then better recoil lug, and factory hand loads which result in a 1/2” moa rifle . I ordered the STOCKYS NEXTGEN ULTRA CARBON HUNTER ACCUBLOCK STOCK. When it arrived I did notice some cosmetic blemishes as listed in STOCKYS item descriptions. My stock is an unpainted carbon fiber finish that I prefer . I installed my rifle into the STOCKYS carbon Hunter and followed the instructions. When I sighted in at the shooting range I was amazed at the immediate accuracy improvements at 1/4” moa performance. I can now shoot dimes consistently at 100 yards with a 7mm magnum and a stock from STOCKYS ! AWESOME rifle stocks Thank you and Team Tommy Archer

Lite, strong, stiff. I had one of these stocks on a Howa and really enjoyed it. Adding to a Tikka superlite.

NextGen ultra carbon hunter stock
Stock feels extremely stiff and rigid. Inlet for barreled action is snug as stated with the correct depth for recoil block. Overall quality looks excellent. Did find the drop a bit higher than Tikka factory, would like it a bit higher for better cheek weld, but very close now with a 30mm tube and extra low Talley light weight rings. It also dropped the weight of the rifle over 1 pound.. Would give possibly a higher score, haven't had trigger time with it yet.
