Our new TIKKA Hunter is a classically-styled Ultra Carbon hand laminated sporting riflestock. Weighing in at just 600 grams (21 ounces) it is the lightest, handiest classic for the demanding Tikka rifleman.
Stocky's Take: We fit the Tikka models very tightly to our over-the-counter rifle, there is literally no slop, so visually make sure it is bottoming in the inlet. When you first set in your barreled action into place that is probably the first thing you will notice. Because the recoil lug is seperate from the receiver, getting it seated correctly is of primary importance. With your recoil lug bottomed in the stock, you must have at least about 0.070" protruding into the receiver slot to be considered acceptable. Ideal is 0.0800" to 0.0900".

This stock is for the Tikka T3/T3X right handed. It is inlet for the factory sporter barrel. It is in the Tan Web finish. There are minor cosmetic issues which is why it is being discounted. ALL SALES FINAL.
